每个地方都希望这些项目滚出去，最后大家希望这些项目滚出中国，那么滚到哪里去呢？理论上来讲，应该滚到一个当地人们愿意接受的地方去，去一个民主国家要比去一个专制的国家靠谱得多，民主国家有议员代表他们的老百姓争取利益，当一个产品贵到一定程度的时候，肯定会有地方愿意接受的，否则你说这些东西总要有地方生产吧。所以你要记住，一定要为此支付价格上的代价。
